I have a strict no Return and Refund policy.

Please make sure the art you order will fit in your designated hanging area and allow for the frame if choosing this optional extra.  Dimensions are included in the description.

Also please be aware that image colours can vary depending on mobile/laptop screens. If you would like more photos or a video of the artwork before you purchase it please do get in touch. I am more then happy to assist you. 

All artwork is carefully packaged and should reach you in perfect condition. 

However, in exceptional circumstances where your artwork is damaged in transit; I will consider a refund if you can prove the damage was occurred during shipping. Please be sure to take lots of photos before opening your package if it looks damaged from the outside. Returning the artwork to me remains the responsibility of the sender and a refund is not guaranteed.

All artwork is thoroughly and carefully packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition.

Where possible I try to re-use boxes from packaging that I have received but also use plastic bubble wrap for extra protection to ensure your artwork arrives safe and sound. I am looking into eco friendly packaging solutions with a view to stop using plastic altogether unless it is reusable, recycled or compostable. I ask that you also recycle what you can from the packaging I send out.
